Beginners Yoga Course

LEARN THE BASICS OF YOGA!
Yoga Mantra Forster, 4 week Beginners Yoga Course is the perfect place to learn yoga. You will begin with the fundamentals of:
  • Basic poses/movement of Yoga (Asana)
  • Basic breath work (Pranayama)
  • Basic guided meditation work
  • Basic philosophy of Yoga
With help from the teacher, you will be supported and lead through each pose with attention to alignment. This will help you build a solid foundation, and to feel comfortable moving into other classes on the Yoga Mantra timetable.
4 WEEK COURSE:

One night per week, over 4 weeks. Includes one Beginners Yoga Class each week PLUS unlimited classes on our timetable that your teacher recommends, during the 4 weeks.

WHAT TO BRING:

If you have your own mat, bolsters and props, feel free to bring them along. If you need to borrow… that is okay, but please bring two towels, due to Covid19.
