Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment, core strength, and flexibility. Using the principles of balance, alignment, control & efficiency in movement, Reformer Pilates aims to provide a whole body movement experience. Working on a moveable carriage, resistance can be both added or removed to assist & challenge each movement. This class is suitable for all ability levels.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a total body workout using your body weight as resistance and features classical Pilates exercises based on the principles of strengthening the core by challenging deep muscles and improving stability and posture whilst strengthening the spine and lengthening the muscles. These classes are completed on a mat on the floor and may include small apparatus such as balls, bands, pilates rings and small dumbbells.

Barre Pilates

Barre Pilates is great if you enjoy high intensity, low-impact exercise, as it is a complete workout which includes a fusion of pilates, ballet and yoga. This class includes exercises designed to tone your body and create longer and leaner muscles, as well as challenge your coordination, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you’re comfortable with.
