Yoga Mantra Forster, 4 Week Beginners’ Course is the perfect place to start. You will learn the fundamentals of:
- Basic poses/movement of Yoga (Asana)
- Basic Breath work (Pranayama)
- Basic guided meditation work
- Basic philosophy of Yoga
- Understanding the basic styles
With our help you will be supported and lead through each pose with attention to alignment. This will help you build a solid foundation for you to feel comfortable exploring our classes and meditation on the Yoga Mantra and Wellness Centre timetable. Click here to view our timetable.
4 WEEK COURSE
One night each week over 4 weeks, Tuesdays from 7.00 pm – 8.15 pm. February 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd of 2022.
COST
$69.00 Including the course PLUS any classes you are comfortable exploring on the timetable (during the 4 weeks of the course).
WHAT TO BRING
If you have a mat, bolster and other props, feel free to bring with you. If you do not have these, DON’T WORRY – we have them available, however, due to COVID19, bring along a towel or two.
