Justine is a registered Anusara Inspired™ yoga teacher and loves to teach with a focus on alignment and anatomy. Her classes are structured around a theme to help students to broaden their awareness and take their practice beyond the physical to apply yoga to life off the mat. Her teaching style is down to earth and welcoming, and she encourages people to explore variations of poses to promote confidence and an understanding of the body. Anusara Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga that is a heart-oriented practice. It helps to build self-acceptance, to open your heart to life and to have some fun in the process.
