OUR YOGA CLASSES
Yoga Mantra Forster has a team of experienced, dedicated yoga teachers who live to share their passion for Yoga. We offer alignment-based Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and Meditation, Prenatal Classes and Assisted Chair Yoga for our ‘older and wiser’ members. Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and yoga-bility.
