This beautiful Sacred Journey has grown into one our favourite events at the studio!
The Event is a mix of Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Sound Bowls – crystal, Tibetan and “gongs” and Tribal drumming! Along with the added angelic-like singing voice of Maureen herself. The “journey” is based around a 1.5 hour Restorative Class.
This class will seriously take you on a journey of self discovery, mindfulness and connection to your divine self. The bowls, gongs, drums and singing voice, along with a gorgeous peaceful restorative yoga sequence with Bernie will allow you to “walk in and float out!”

WHAT TO BRING
IF you have a mat, bolster and other props, feel free to bring with you. If you do not have these, DON’T WORRY – we have them available, however, due to COVID19, bring along a towel or two.
